Material Girls
Sites We Love: Material Girls
Posted by
Thursday, July 23, 2009

The Material Girls are five women in five U.S. cities who share a common passion for “fabrics, prints, and any kind of design materials.” They blog about trends, decorating ideas and local deals in Chicago, Dallas, Houston, LA and New York.

We appreciate their knack for finding the unique and unexpected. For instance, in just one MG session we got up to speed on Modern Carpet Culture in Chicago, etageres and bookcases in Houston, and talented design students in New York. If you live in one of these markets, you're sure to make local discoveries. If not, you'll enjoy the eye candy and inspiration.
