Yes, it’s July. July, 2009. Summer has arrived and, once again – just as you have every July since buying your house 10 years ago -- you are kicking yourself for not screening in your porch. Every year you think “no big deal” until that one relentless mosquito, tiny as it may be, drives you and your cold iced tea back into the over-air-conditioned house. Night. After. Night.

Well, there are still two hot and muggy months ahead. With a wee bit of planning you could add 200 more usable square feet to your home in no time, and spare yourself this same frustration in 2010.
