I love Branch Home [www.branchhome.com] for so many reasons, not least of which are these groovy kitchen tea towels, available in yellow or blue (or even better, as a set).



Started by the lovely Paul Donald, Branch offers only those products that meet the following three criteria:

1. The materials used must be environmentally responsible.
2. The manufacturing process must be ecologically sound.
3. The labor employed must be treated fairly and provided safe, healthy conditions in which to work.

In other words, they get past the greenwashing so you don't have to. Despite the seriousness of the enterprise, Branch's curation is nothing if not delightful. If we're going to buy less, let's make our choices count. Let's choose things that are made well, will last long, and will impart joy.
