1. INTRODUCTION. Growers + Nomads, LLC, (“G+N”, “us,” “we,” or “Company”) is committed to respecting YOUR privacy rights as its customer, as well as the rights of visitors, and other users of the Company Website (“the Site”). We created this Website Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) to give you confidence as you visit and use the Site, and to demonstrate our commitment to fair information practices and the protection of privacy. This Privacy Policy is only applicable to the Site, and not to any other websites that you may be able to access from the Site, each of which may have data collection, storage, and use practices and policies that differ materially from this Privacy Policy.
1.1. Our Sensitive Information Principle: For sensitive information including your personal information specifying needs for services: G+N will always treat as sensitive any information received from you or any third party where the third party treats and identifies it as sensitive. We may share your information only to critical parties such as those who provide contact and arrangements for your order or inquiry for services, with internal customer service reps, fulfillment and shipping providers, to allow us to send things to your point of destination, and to no others.

NOTE that some of the services we and our Brands and some of the products used in services we and our Brands and Alliance businesses provide, may require us to share general demographic and other non-identifiable, statistical data. It is possible that some of your Personal Data might become visible to government inspectors, judges, courts and laboratories such as under a court order to supply such information, and if any of our partner businesses, Brands or services may be or become subject to, governmental and export regulations.
7.1. If you would like to remove your name and e-mail address from our database, you can send an e-mail requesting removal to info@growersandnomads.com.
7.2. Lost or Stolen Information. You must promptly notify us if your credit card, user name, or password is lost, stolen, or used without permission. In such an event, we will remove that credit card number, user name, or password from your account and update our records accordingly. You will be responsible to enter new credit information thereafter to order again.
7.3. PUBLIC INFORMATION. The Site contains links to other websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of any websites you click to. We have no control over its use and you should exercise caution when deciding to disclose your Personal Information.
9.1. We, as the User hereby submit to arbitration administered by The American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rues, at San Francisco, California, the controversy described herein. We further agree that the above controversy be submitted to a single Arbitrator selected from the panels of arbitrators of the AAA. We further agree that we will faithfully observe this agreement and the Rules and that we will abide by ad perform any award rendered by the arbitrator(s) and that judgment of the court having jurisdiction may be entered upon the award. We agree that the award may be reviewable by the courts of California at Marin County, CA, if the arbitrator, in the opinion of any party hereto, has failed to observe the rules and laws of the State of California and perform any reward rendered by the arbitrator(s) and that a judgment of the court having jurisdiction may be entered upon the award.
